Our Community Relations Director position offers a base salary plus monthly commission. Requirements

Prior Experience in Marketing and Sales (Senior Living a plus)
B.A./B.S. preferred.
Excellent writing/communication skills
Telephone sale experience preferred
Strong analytical skills
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Minimum 3 years experience

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to achieve and exceed occupancy goals.
Cultivate a network of referral sources including physicians, discharge planners, and community organizations.
Build lasting relationships with prospective residents and families, guiding them with empathy through the decision-making and move-in process.
Track, report, and analyze sales activity to continuously improve performance.
