This position will work in-office at Headquarters in Ottumwa and will include community involvement. Make a difference as a Community Relations Coordinator As a Community Relations Coordinator at Community 1st Credit Union, your daily expectations will include developing and implementing community outreach initiatives that align with our mission and values. You will engage with local organizations to create partnerships that enhance our community presence. Daily tasks will involve organizing events and workshops, conducting needs assessments, and gathering feedback from community members to continually improve our services. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to community engagement. Additionally, you will provide regular updates on progress to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability. Your role will be pivotal in helping us maintain our member-centric focus and drive innovative solutions that elevate the community experience. Occasional travel is required to other C1st locations. This position occasionally requires availability after 5:00 p.m. and availability on weekends for work‑related events.
