SUMMARY: The Community Relations Associate is a critical position to aid the team’s connection and support to the surrounding community. Duties will focus primarily on the support of community relations, but also assist youth & high school football, Legends, and the Minnesota Vikings Foundation. The primary function of the role will be to oversee all internal and external requests for support received by the Vikings organization. This will include all non-profit inquiries for autographed merchandise, sponsorships, cash donations, and other forms of requests. The position will be responsible for tracking all communications and contributions to provide regular giving reports. The position will also require work beyond normal business hours in support of game days, player initiatives, and community events. In addition to the duties described above, the Community Relations Associate will take part in the Vikings’ exclusive Leadership Development Program. This program will provide regular opportunities for professional development, exposure to organizational leadership and the ability to develop skills critical for the Associate’s future career growth. A fundamental part of the program will include clearly defined goals between the Associate and their Supervisor that will be tracked and measured for progress throughout the term of the program. This is a temporary full-time position that will begin on June 1, 2026 and conclude on May 28, 2027, unless otherwise determined.
