Requirements

3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
Strong leadership and communication skills
A knack for problem-solving and independent decision-making
Familiarity with property management software (Yardi preferred)
Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
Availability to work weekends as needed
A warm, approachable, and motivated attitude that sets the tone for your team

Nice To Haves

Class A or luxury apartment experience preferred

Responsibilities

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your on-site team
Driving resident satisfaction, retention, and community engagement
Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
Marketing available units and working with the marketing team to execute creative leasing strategies
Overseeing maintenance and inspections to ensure top-tier standards
Enforcing Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Processing applications, conducting move-ins/outs, and managing lease agreements
Collecting rent and documentation with precision and professionalism
Acting as the primary liaison with leadership, vendors, and housing authorities
