Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A knack for problem-solving and independent decision-making
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi preferred)
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
  • Availability to work weekends as needed
  • A warm, approachable, and motivated attitude that sets the tone for your team

Nice To Haves

  • Class A or luxury apartment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your on-site team
  • Driving resident satisfaction, retention, and community engagement
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Marketing available units and working with the marketing team to execute creative leasing strategies
  • Overseeing maintenance and inspections to ensure top-tier standards
  • Enforcing Fair Housing regulations and company policies
  • Processing applications, conducting move-ins/outs, and managing lease agreements
  • Collecting rent and documentation with precision and professionalism
  • Acting as the primary liaison with leadership, vendors, and housing authorities
