The Community Program Specialist- Weld County is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and delivery of staff-led Girl Scout programs and supporting the implementation of the Paid Facilitator model within Weld County. This role expands Girl Scouts of Colorado’s presence in school-based and community-based settings by delivering high-quality, culturally responsive programming and supporting school staff who serve as Paid Facilitators. The Specialist ensures strong program fidelity, positive youth experiences, and successful implementation of grant-funded objectives in Weld County communities. This position requires a self-starter who can independently manage program delivery, recruitment partnerships, facilitator support, and administrative responsibilities within a rural and semi-rural service area.
