About The Position

Caring Senior Service of Georgetown is a growing, mission-driven non-medical in-home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to serve as our Community Outreach & Referral Specialist—the face of our agency in the community.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building trust, enjoys being out in the community, and wants their work to directly impact families and referral partners.

Requirements

• Must have experience in healthcare sales, outreach, business development, or community relations
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout Georgetown, Killeen, Belton, and Temple
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and follow-through

• Communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community outreach strategies that generate consistent, high-quality referrals
• Build trusted relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, senior centers, and community organizations
• Represent Caring Senior Service at networking events, health fairs, and community events
• Track outreach activities, referral sources, and outcomes in our CRM
• Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure a seamless, compassionate client experience
• Meet and exceed outreach, referral, and growth goals
