About the Position: We're looking for an experienced Community Manager who loves connecting with people, staying organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead a team to success.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of property management experience
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire your team
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Experience with property management software and MS Office
- A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Keeping your community running smoothly
- Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Preparing budgets and ensuring your property is profitable
- Effectively leading your office and maintenance teams
- Monitoring market trends and brainstorming creative marketing ideas
