What You'll Do: As our Community Manager at our brand-new luxury apartment community, Middle Sound West , you'll be the heartbeat of our community, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Property Manager position.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a knack for building relationships and solving problems.

Nice To Haves

  • Recognized property management designation (NALP, CAM, CPM, CAPS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Inspire and mentor your team to achieve their best.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management : Prepare and manage budgets, optimize income, and maximize NOI.
  • Resident Experience : Foster a welcoming environment where residents feel at home and valued.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of living for all residents.
