Assembly Media, Inc. is looking for an account executive level Community Manager to join as a core member of the Assembly Digital Team. This person will be responsible for supporting digital and social media communications programs on behalf of Microsoft. As a Community Manager, you will be the brand’s eyes and ears on social and will partner closely with internal and client teams in content ideation, strategy, and copywriting, as well as bring social-first thinking to brainstorms and have a nose for real-time opportunities and social trends. As a Community Manager, you enjoy “running to the comments,” and will be responsible for mining insights, engaging with other users, proactively flag opportunities to the team, and work with strategy and analytics to provide recommendations based on your observations. To be successful in this role, you will have solid research, writing and editing skills and an appreciation for how social media impacts the overall user experience. You will be flexible and agile and will be able to work collaboratively with all implementation teams to ensure that the brand’s communication objectives and strategies are met.
