As a Community Manager, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service for our residents and potential future residents while overseeing the day to day operations of the community. You're Excited About This Role Because You Will: Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes. Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years Property Manager experience within multi-family.
  • Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
  • BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
  • A basic understanding of written and verbal English

Nice To Haves

  • Lease-up experience is preferred.
  • Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirable
