The Community Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, and team performance of a multifamily portfolio totaling 520+ units across multiple properties in the Crossville, TN market. This role serves as the primary on-site leader and operational partner to senior leadership, ensuring strong occupancy, asset performance, resident satisfaction, and team accountability across all assigned communities. This is a high-volume, multi-site leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, financial oversight, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple properties simultaneously.
