About The Position

Property Management Company is seeking a self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented individual to join our winning team as a Community Manager to lead a Manufactured Housing Community in Fenton, MO. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and on-site maintenance. Requirements

• Highly organized and disciplined
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to follow directions well
• Excellent communications skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft products
• Ability to bend and lift 10 pounds

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints
• Collect rent payments on time and enter payments promptly into our property management system
• Make collection attempts for past due balances
• Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the legal filing process including attending court proceedings
• Walk through the community regularly to maintain positive relationships with residents
• Conduct regular property inspections for upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance needs
• Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors
• Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations
• Actively advertise rental vacancies and homes for sale
• Showing homes to prospective tenants on a regular basis
• Manage lease agreements and renewals
• Handling move-in and move-our procedures
• Adhere to local, state, and federal landlord-tenant laws
• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
• Adhere to set property budgets
