About The Position

Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is hiring a Community Manager to oversee leasing and operations for Stratford Plaza North & South (106 units total) in Southwest Denver. This community is currently in occupancy improvement mode, so we’re seeking a motivated leader who enjoys leasing, creating momentum, and improving performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Community Manager experience (leasing experience required)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven track record with occupancy or leasing improvement (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Yardi, Rent Café & Google Workspace a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lease apartments and convert traffic to signed leases
  • Drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction
  • Manage tours, follow-ups, and leasing campaigns
  • Guide residents through move-ins, renewals, and move-outs
  • Coordinate maintenance, unit turns, and curb appeal
  • Oversee rent collection, expenses, and vendor relations
  • Maintain compliance, fair housing, and operational standards
  • Represent Hudson Grove’s culture and expectations daily
