Step In. Lead Strong. Make an Impact. We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead our community in Gainesville, GA on a temporary basis (approximately 12 weeks) . This role is ideal for a confident leader who can quickly step in, take ownership, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of service for our residents. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services Lead, coach, and support onsite team members to ensure strong performance Manage occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention efforts Monitor financial performance, including rent collections, expenses, and budget adherence Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of resident concerns Maintain compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and safety standards Partner with regional leadership to ensure operational consistency What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager in multifamily housing Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collections Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management best practices Ability to step in quickly, prioritize, and operate independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with property management software (e.g., RealPage, Yardi, Entrata) preferred Assignment Details Temporary role (approximately 6 weeks) Full-time schedule Opportunity for full-time placement may be available based on performance and business needs Why Join Us Opportunity to lead and make an immediate impact Supportive leadership team Competitive compensation Potential for long-term career opportunities Compensation: $1,423.00 per week
