About The Position

This is an on call relief position. You will work in a small group living environment in Pittsfield serving adults living with co-occurring mental illness & substance use disorders. You will be a supportive, therapeutic presence and assist in the daily operations of the residence, to include accompaniment to activities/appointments and becoming trained to administer medications. Excellent training provided in Dual Diagnosis and Trauma Informed Care.

Requirements

High School/GED or HiSET plus 1 year related experience and/or training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills
Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations

Nice To Haves

One year supervisory or human service experience desired

Responsibilities
