About The Position

The Supported Community Living Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and supervision of 24-hour Supportive Community Living (SCL) services in conjunction with the department director. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered care for individuals while maintaining compliance with state regulations, funding requirements, and organizational policies. The Program Manager oversees daily operations, staff performance, individual service outcomes, and acts as the primary liaison with guardians, case managers, and community partners. Primary Role: Monday - Friday Offer contingent upon the succressful completetion of a criminal background check, dependernt adult and child abuse background check, and drug screen.
