As a Community Living Manager, you will ensure that these individuals receive the absolute best support possible. The Community Living Manager is responsible for managing employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. This position manages program implementation and quality standards; employee performance and productivity; individual, family/guardian and funder satisfaction; and fiscal responsibility. Ensures program activities meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, at least 5 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 3 years management experience in the field.
  • May consider candidates with less than a bachelor’s degree but they must have at least 8-10 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 5 years management experience in the field.
  • Experience managing and tracking budgetary information required.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with state agencies preferred.
