About The Position

As a Community Life Aide, you’ll play a key role in enriching the daily lives of our residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for helping others and bringing joy to the lives of seniors
Responsibilities
- Support the development of personalized community life plans that highlight each resident’s strengths, interests, and goals
- Observe and document resident participation, mood, and engagement to help track progress
- Encourage socialization, physical activity, personal interests, and lifelong learning
- Help create a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where residents feel valued and connected
