About The Position

We are looking for a Community Liaison who thrives in the field, building relationships, creating opportunities, and ensuring Griswold is the first call, whether it’s a family member, client, friend, or professional; when non-medical home care is needed. This is not a desk job. It’s for someone energized by being on the road, meeting people, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships and referrals.

Requirements

Experience in business development, marketing, sales, or community outreach (healthcare or home care preferred, but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a primarily field-based role
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally on a daily basis

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, etc.)
Represent Griswold in the community through networking events, meetings, and local partnerships
Grow brand awareness and ensure Griswold is top-of-mind across your territory
Collaborate on marketing efforts including social media, digital presence, and local campaigns
Help maintain consistent branding and messaging
Learn our operations inside and out—including caregiver onboarding, client intake, and the matching process—so you can speak authentically about what sets us apart
Partner with care coordinators and internal team members to align growth with exceptional service delivery
