Old Vineyard Behavioral Health is seeking a talented and dynamic Community Liaison (Marketing Representative) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! At Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services, we are helping to create brighter, healthier futures for our patients and their families. We are the Piedmont Triad's only private psychiatric hospital meeting the chemical dependency illnesses and behavioral healthcare needs of those in our community. Our 164-bed inpatient services for adolescents through senior adulthood offers comprehensive and individual assessments, psychiatric evaluation and medication stabilization, daily group therapy and personalized aftercare planning. We also offer a Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program to ensure the continuum of care for our patients. Old Vineyard is accredited by The Joint Commission and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We are passionate about our work and are looking for individuals who share in this passion. We are currently seeking a Community Liaison to join our talented and caring team. Our ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking skills, great communication skills with the ability to engage positively with referral sources, community partners, providers, OV staff, patients, and their families. Must work well under pressure with several competing priorities and maintain professionalism at all times. Position involves frequent local and out-of-town (in-state) travel with primary territory in Raleigh/Durham/Cary and surrounding markets. The Community Liaison works with external agencies and facilities to increase awareness of Old Vineyard's services, elevate our reputation, and drive demand for our programs and services. The Community Liaison champions effective message development/customization and successfully deploys that message through use of marketing, advertising, social media, and earned media channels. A supportive and engaging environment that puts patient care first.
