Requirements

Previous experience in home health, hospice, healthcare marketing, or community outreach is often preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and patients.
Ability to develop a rapport with local stakeholders and prospective clients.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel within the assigned territory.
Some positions may require a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as discharge planners, doctors, and nursing home administrators.
Promote home health, hospice, or home care services to potential clients and medical professionals.
Attend community events, health fairs, and networking functions to increase agency visibility.
Coordinate with hospital staff, families, and internal teams to facilitate smooth patient transitions from hospital to home.
Maintain records of sales activity and track data related to patient referrals to ensure company growth goals are met.
