About The Position

The Community Inclusion Specialist provides direct support to adults with developmental disabilities by facilitating meaningful community-based activities that promote inclusion, independence, and skill development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• minimum of three years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
• valid driver’s license
• basic computer skills
• ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Escort and support participants in community outings
• implement Individual Support Plans
• facilitate activities
