The Inclusion Support Specialist promotes full participation of students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs in Arc's before- and after-school expanded learning programs. This position coaches program staff, implements positive behavior strategies, collects and analyzes behavioral data, and collaborates with school partners and families to ensure inclusive programming consistent with district inclusion frameworks.
