About The Position

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a Community In-Home RN to work at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. Schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. With Incentivized on call rotation every 6 to 8 weeks. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Also, we reimburse mileage for travel at 70 cents per mile. What You Will Do Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager and/or Clinical Nurse Supervisor, the Community In-Home RN is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of homecare services for program participants. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurses License, in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
• Two (2) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or community based setting; home health experience preferred.
