The Community Impact Program Manager serves as a primary member of the United Way of Southern Nevada's Programs team, ensuring that resources and community funds are disbursed to partner agencies to address the immediate needs of area residents. This role involves preparing and facilitating training and technical assistance on local, state, and federal programs and special-purpose community impact funds focused on community assistance. The position is responsible for maintaining designated outside agency relationships, navigating complex grant administration and qualifying criteria, and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting. The manager will also demonstrate empathy and understanding in connecting community members in need with available resources.
