Community Impact Program Manager

Cribl
10d$116,000 - $182,000Remote

About The Position

As Community Impact Program Manager at Cribl you’ll make a direct impact on the culture at Cribl. You’ll design and scale programs that help our employees feel anchored, connected, and part of something meaningful - both inside the company and in the communities where we work and live. You’ll own two highly visible, high-engagement pillars of our culture: our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and our community giving and volunteer efforts through Goats Give Back (GGB). With more than 40% of employees involved in at least one ERG and nearly 50% engaging in GGB, your work directly influences how our people experience Cribl, form relationships, and live our values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community building, strategic program design, and cross-functional partnership. You’ll work closely with ERG leads, our executive team as ERG exec sponsors, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, and leaders across the business, bringing structure, creativity, and momentum to programs that strengthen Cribl’s culture and employee experience.

Requirements

  • A passion for building community, strengthening culture, and creating experiences that help people feel connected and motivated.
  • Experience designing or managing programs related to community engagement, employee programming, events, fundraising volunteering, or similar.
  • Ability to work with leaders across the business and influence outcomes through relationships, communication, and program design.
  • Experience planning and managing events or initiatives that unite distributed teams or diverse groups.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling Employee Resource Group and community impact programs (or equivalent) that drive measurable impact.
  • Exceptional project management skills: highly organized, detail focused, and data driven with the ability to deal with ambiguity, manage projects, and prioritize conflicting deadlines in response to changing requirements or objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with reliable execution; you can zoom out and design for scale, and then dig in and make it happen.
  • You’re a systems thinker who can connect the dots across people strategy, operations, and culture while bringing creativity, empathy, and pragmatism to your work.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the charisma and credibility to engage both senior leaders and frontline employees.
  • Comfortable facilitating conversations, gathering insights, and bringing a pulse on what employees need to feel connected and supported.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong business acumen and experience working cross-functionally with HR and leadership teams is a plus.
  • Don’t have all of the exact qualifications listed in this description, but still think you’ve got the skills and experience to be successful in this role? Research shows that people from underrepresented backgrounds often hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you believe you can succeed here, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen employee connection and community by designing programs and moments that bring goats together across locations, teams, and backgrounds. We currently call these “Geo-meet ups.”
  • Own and evolve the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, supporting ERG leaders and executive sponsors, building scalable infrastructure, and ensuring ERGs contribute meaningfully to Cribl’s culture and business goals.
  • Lead and expand our Goats Give Back (GGB) community impact initiatives, including our annual volunteer program and new opportunities for teams to engage in giving and service.
  • Create and launch a new external-facing community impact program that integrates giving-back opportunities into customer and partner events where appropriate.
  • Develop playbooks, toolkits, and training to help ERG leaders operate effectively and consistently.
  • Use project management rigor to ensure programs are well-run, impactful, and continually improving.
  • Build trusted cross-functional partnerships with executive leadership, Corporate Marketing, and other internal teams to bring programs to life and reinforce Cribl’s Employee Value Proposition.
  • Evaluate program performance using clear success metrics, employee feedback, and operational insights.
