Texas Health Action (THA) is a community-informed non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to culturally affirming, quality health services in a safe and supportive environment, with expertise in serving LGBTQIA+ people and those impacted by HIV. Kind Clinic proudly serves Texas with four vibrant locations: two in Austin, one in San Antonio, and another in Dallas plus virtual care services available to all residents across Texas. The Community Health Worker (CHW) Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Kind Clinic Community Health Workers, as well as assist with linkage and retention efforts for primary HIV medical care, including those newly diagnosed, recently incarcerated, and/or out-of-care persons living with HIV (PLWH). The CHW Supervisor will work with various Kind Clinic departments to enhance and maximize the patient experience while meeting and complying with all local, state, and federal funding requirements. This position will report to the Director of Community Health. Up to 25% travel to Kind Clinic locations in other cities may be required.
