POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Health Program Coordinator is responsible for furthering the mission of Houston Food Bank by providing programmatic and operational coordination for the Community Health initiatives, including food ordering, partner compliance, and onsite distribution models. This position serves as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that Food for Change programs operate smoothly, equitably, and in alignment with nutrition standards and partner expectations. This position also supports translating learnings from past, current, and future research into practical improvements to ordering, distribution, referrals, and partner support. This position plays an important role in helping Community Health programs continuously refine and adapt to better meet the needs of the neighbors. Adhere to PACT values.
