The Community Health Coordinator, Temp role supports rural and small‑market health initiatives by conducting targeted needs assessments, analyzing and synthesizing data, and assisting with low‑lift policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) improvements. The position also provides data cleanup, partner re‑engagement, and general project support to advance regional community impact strategies. It is a part-time remote position expected to work 20 to 25 hours per week. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking with community members, partners, and stakeholders, including through cold outreach.
  • Basic research and data‑gathering skills, including conducting interviews, surveys, and background research.
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear summaries, narratives, and basic reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
  • Comfortable managing tasks with minimal supervision and proactively seeking guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Rural “Mini” Needs Assessments
  • Customize Tools and Synthesize Findings
  • Support Rural and Small Market PSE Implementation (as feasible)
  • Outplace: Data Formatting & Clinic Re‑Engagement
  • Other Duties as Assigned
