About The Position

VillageCare is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Health Worker to help support the activities of the Care Management department. This role is responsible for the scheduling of Community Health Worker visits to members, the creation of schedules, reports, and other documentation for Supervisors' use. We would like to speak to those who have 2-3 years of health care job-related experience. High school diploma required - Associate's preferred. Strong ability to solve problems independently and interact with an integrated team. Exceptional skills of organization, communication, professional interaction, human relation skills, and analytical skills required. Bilingual skills required - Mandarin, Spanish, and/or Russian. Requirements

2-3 years of health care job-related experience
High school diploma required
Strong ability to solve problems independently and interact with an integrated team
Exceptional skills of organization, communication, professional interaction, human relation skills, and analytical skills required.
Bilingual skills required - Mandarin, Spanish, and/or Russian

Responsibilities

Schedule home or field-based client appointments for the Community Health Workers.
Enter scheduling data and maintain up-to-date schedules using Outlook and Excel worksheets.
Enter staff and client information into database.
Maintain staff and client statistics and reports.
Perform general office duties including but not limited to: creating documents, maintaining documentation (photocopying, filing, and shredding), distributing mail, and reception telephone services.
