Position Summary We’re looking for a growth focused marketer to drive community membership through paid and organic channels, lead content and execute the Onit Community Program. This high-exposure role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across the Onit business and customer base, helping shape the future of our customer engagement and thought leadership initiatives—especially around AI. The right person is both strategic and practical. They know how to drive growth through ads, LinkedIn, SEO, content, partnerships, forums, and creative campaigns, but they are also comfortable managing day-to-day marketing execution. Requirements

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally SaaS. Background in legal, legal tech, or legal operations is a plus.
  • Experience in growth, community, or content marketing, with a strong track record of growing audiences, memberships, or user communities.
  • Hands-on with paid acquisition, channel testing, LinkedIn marketing, SEO, content strategy, and digital distribution.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills; experience with content creation, and basic design skills (PowerPoint, web).
  • Skilled in event planning, relationship-building, and client interaction; enjoys meeting customers and fostering connections.
  • A love of using tech and strong competency with office, content and common marketing tools. Deep interest in AI and regular use of AI tools in work and daily life.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; a proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and represent the community program internally and externally.

  • Video/podcast editing and strong design skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Grow community membership through content, social promotion, and member engagement
  • Run promotion across LinkedIn, email, partner channels, and other community platforms
  • Improve growth by building partnerships, referrals, shareable campaigns, and optimizing funnel performance
  • Create, manage, or oversee content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and supports membership growth across a range of formats
  • Manage LinkedIn presence, thought leadership, social distribution, and forum participation
  • Support SEO through content development, landing pages, and ongoing optimization
  • Oversee website updates, landing pages, messaging, and conversion improvements, partnering with our platform vendor.
  • Manage and execute the OnPoint Community Program and budget, ensuring it delivers value to members and aligns with strategic goals.
  • Track ROI across channels.
  • Maintain accurate membership databases and track key engagement metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
  • Plan and support webinars, roundtables, and small community events that foster connection (mostly virtual).
  • Use AI tools actively to improve speed, creativity, content production, research, experimentation, and overall execution
