The Problems You’ll Solve: The Community Engagement Operations coordinator will support the operations of volunteer engagement and capacity building initiatives that support City agencies to strengthen their ability to effectively involve New Yorkers in service. Reporting to the Assistant Chief Service Officer for Community Engagement, this position will work closely with NYC Service staff and agency partners to advance citywide volunteer strategies. The primary focus areas include overseeing the NYC Service Bureau, managing the Resident Volunteer Corps, and supporting the alignment of operations across the Community Engagement team.
