About The Position

As our Community Engagement & Office Support team member, you’ll help bring our community partnerships to life—coordinating events, supporting local organizations, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also serve as the face of our Eugene office—welcoming visitors, managing the front desk, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in administrative support, event coordination, customer service, or office operations
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal
  • Comfort working across multiple teams and coordinating moving parts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • A service-oriented mindset—you take pride in helping others and getting things done right

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with community events, sponsorships, or nonprofit partnerships
  • Background in beverage, retail, hospitality, or event planning
  • Experience managing calendars, tracking systems, or program reporting

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for sponsorships, donations, and community events across Eugene, Newport, Coos Bay, and Roseburg
  • Review and coordinate community requests in alignment with Bigfoot’s mission and values
  • Help determine product support and event needs for local organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and nonprofits
  • Coordinate all logistics for company-supported events—from planning to execution
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Retail, Warehouse, Delivery, Service, and the Art Department
  • Track and update relevant team members on product selection, equipment, signage, and staffing
  • Capture event details and follow-up information for internal reporting and marketing
  • Maintain the Community Event Calendar and all related documentation
  • Track sponsorships, donations, product mix, and event details with accuracy
  • Keep records organized for reporting, communication, and visibility across teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Eugene office—greeting visitors and creating a welcoming, professional environment
  • Manage the front desk and multi-line phone system, routing calls across teams and locations
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and visitor access
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-run office environment
  • Support the People & Impact team with scheduling, coordination, and projects
  • Manage office supplies and help keep the workplace running smoothly
  • Assist with employee engagement efforts like anniversary gifts and internal events
