About The Position

The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for fostering strong relationships with tenants and promoting a positive living environment. This role organizes community -building events and initiatives designed to enhance tenant satisfaction and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Work, Community Development, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in community outreach, tenant relations, or property management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize events and manage multiple priorities.
  • Empathy and commitment to fostering inclusive communities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, and social programs.
  • Serve as a liaison between tenants and property management to address concerns and promote community harmony.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to provide resources and support for residents.
  • Develop and distribute communication materials such as newsletters, flyers, and announcements.
  • Monitor tenant feedback and recommend improvements to enhance community satisfaction.
  • Support new tenant orientation and move -in processes to ensure a smooth transition.
