The mission of Family Support Services of North Florida is to be the leader in providing safety, stability, and quality of life for all children by working with the community to strengthen the family unit. Job Summary This position is a voice of the community, which identifies community needs, gaps and barriers through surveys, focus groups, interviews, assessments, and/or parent/community cafes. This is a part-time position. This position engages community members through inclusive outreach, facilitates equitable discussions to help resident problem-solve issues and brainstorm opportunities, shares community resources – from funding opportunities to programs that support the community’s needs/interests. This position requires direct contact and consultation with community members, community providers/partners and stakeholders. This position will report to the Operational Management Supervisor.
