Community Employment - Job Coach
About The Position
Centerforce is seeking a Community Employment Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in maintaining successful employment. This is a field-based position providing on-the-job coaching, workplace support, and collaboration with employers and internal teams to ensure services align with each client's goals, strengths, and needs. The Job Coach builds strong employer relationships, documents services accurately, and supports innovative employment practices. This position requires regular travel throughout Pierce, King, and Thurston counties. Mileage is reimbursed in accordance with agency policy. Flexibility for some evening and weekend hours is required.
Requirements
- AA or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Required certifications
