Below is an exciting opportunity to work with the amazing team at CVMC. Creates and executes boots on the ground marketing initiatives. Works with Marketing team and leadership to develop marketing plans and strategies to increase volumes across all CVMC service lines. Will develop routine reporting to determine effectiveness and outcomes of marketing efforts. Will attend community events representing CVMC. Develop and implement educational programs for individuals of all ages and backgrounds Conduct outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness about educational opportunities and resources Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to ensure programs meet the needs of the community Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven improvements Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure program success

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
Minimum of three years of paid work experience in marketing, specifically marketing throughout communities.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare related marketing experience preferred.
