We are seeking a hands-on leader in our Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”) Team as a Community Development Manager focused on development and implementation of the Bank’s Community Development plan for each the Bank’s markets. This subject-matter expert role connects community needs with banking solutions, fosters impactful partnerships, ensures CRA compliance, and strengthens the Bank’s performance in low- to moderate-income communities across the Bank’s footprint. In this role you will manage CRA/Community Development programs, tracking, regulatory requirements, objectives and initiatives throughout the enterprise for execution and compliance of our CRA Program.
