The Community Development Advisor is responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in the assigned market area including cemetery property, cemetery merchandise, cemetery services and prearranged funeral/Cremation plans. The Community Development Advisor is responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in the assigned market area including cemetery property, cemetery merchandise, cemetery services and prearranged funeral/Cremation plans. What Youll Do: Make outbound calls to generate appointments for pre-need planning services. Set 1012 qualified appointments weekly , tracked in our CRM system. Follow a proven training plan to master appointment setting and phone engagement. Maintain accurate records of all activity and follow-up using CRM tools. Provide exceptional customer service and represent our brand with professionalism. Collaborate with advisors by setting appointments that lead to shared success and commissions.
