About The Position
American Property Management is seeking a Community Consultant (Leasing Agent) for the Southport Apartments in West Sacramento, CA. This position requires a physical presence on-site during scheduled hours, which are Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility for additional hours as needed. The property is a 322-unit midrise community scheduled to be built in 2024. The compensation for this role is $25 per hour, with bonus incentives including monthly leasing bonuses. The company offers competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, with the employer covering 85% of the employee's premium, a 401k contribution opportunity with an annual company match, paid sick leave, vacation, and paid holidays.
