The Community Connector serves as a trusted guide and advocate, working one-on-one with individuals to build confidence, resilience, and capability as they navigate financial and life challenges. Through personalized coaching, financial education, and strategic connections to community resources, the Community Connector helps remove barriers to stability and opportunity. This role also strengthens the Credit Union’s community presence by leading outreach efforts and delivering impactful financial education in group settings, while collaborating with Credit Union teams to connect members with appropriate products and services that support their long-term success.
