Miller Real Estate is looking to fill a key role in our sales and marketing team as an ambassador for the master-planned community of Daybreak and other Larry H. Miller Real Estate developments. This role is currently located in South Jordan, Utah, at the Daybreak Information Center and requires working Tuesday through Saturday. In this role, we would depend on you to: Act as a concierge to potential homebuyers. Continually hone sales skills, in order to communicate our brand story and connect customers to homebuilder partners by helping people find the right “fit” for their home. This is not a commissioned sales job, and holding a current real estate license is discouraged. Assist the sales and marketing team by gathering, analyzing and reporting data using MS Office, Google Docs, and various software programs. Manage Daybreak reports This role requires coordination with builder partners, development teams, and 3rd party groups to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of home sales and related activities such as traffic, inventory, pricing, builder incentive programs, product performance, etc. Manage the Daybreak website Work closely with the developer’s marketing team to ensure the community website accurately reflects current information, including builder offerings, floor plans, pricing, and other relevant community updates. Assist with Community directionals/placemaking/builder signage Manage the Daybreak social media Create and post content for Instagram and Facebook Take responsibility to ensure that the information centers run smoothly . This includes doing what is necessary to provide a positive, professional atmosphere. Working with management and fellow team members (often from other parts of the community) to establish and carry out processes that manage everything from building maintenance to customer relations to running errands in or outside of the community. Primarily, you would be staffing an information center on your own. A proactive, independent self-starter who enjoys a certain degree of autonomy will succeed in this role. Participate in the planning and carrying out of events . We run several events throughout the year to drive awareness for new homes in the community, our sales and marketing support staff are crucial. This would require occasionally working hours that are outside of normally scheduled hours. This also requires quite a bit of physical activity that requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The Daybreak Information Center is open Monday-Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM. However, you must be willing to work morning/evening/weekend/holiday hours when needed . This role is required to work Tuesday-Saturday. Serve as the on-site representative for the community , observing and reporting to the development team any actions needed to maintain community standards and excellence. This includes identifying and communicating needs related to landscaping, construction site cleanliness, repairs to signage, and other elements that impact the community’s appearance and functionality.
