We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. As a Community Behavioral Health Worker / Vocational Specialist on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, you will support individuals with serious mental illness in achieving recovery goals through meaningful employment. This position is essential to helping people explore, obtain, and maintain competitive, integrated employment as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role adheres to the Dartmouth Assertive Community Treatment Scale (DACTS) fidelity standards, with a strong emphasis on community-based, person-centered vocational support. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
