Position Summary: Jewish Union Foundation is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Community-Based Services Coordinator. This role oversees the day-to-day coordination and supervision of Community Habilitation and Respite services, ensuring high-quality support for individuals and families while maintaining compliance with documentation, billing, and service delivery requirements. This role is a full-time, in-office position based in Brooklyn, with minimal travel.
