About The Position

We are seeking dedicated, community-focused Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Therapists to join one of our expanding teams. MST is an intensive, evidence-based, home and community-based model serving youth ages 12-17 experiencing significant behavioral and family challenges. The roles combined the autonomy of remote work with the support of a strong, collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
License preferred but not required
Strong desire to work with youth and families in Valencia County
Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
Cultural humility and respect for diverse family systems
Reliable transportation for local travel and court appearances

Responsibilities

Provide in-home and community-based therapy to families in either ABQ/Bernalillo County or Belen, Los Lunas and/or surrounding areas/Valencia County
Support youth with behavioral, school, probation, and family-related challenges
Coordinate services based on family schedules (some evenings/weekends required)
Attend court hearings as needed
Participate in rotating on-call crisis support
Attend weekly in-person supervision in Albuquerque
Collaborate with schools, courts, probation, and community partners
