About The Position

The MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Supervisor leads and trains therapists in the MST model, providing clinical oversight, managing team caseloads, ensuring treatment fidelity, fostering collaboration, engaging community stakeholders, and handling program data/referrals, often with limited direct family cases themselves, focusing on supporting their team to deliver intensive, in-home family therapy. Key duties involve weekly supervision, adherence checks, staff development, crisis support (including on-call), managing program operations, and promoting the program to referral sources.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related field, required
• Posses, or can acquire, State License and certifications, required
• Minimum of three years' clinical experience, required
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Ensure therapists provide MST treatment in accordance with the model, establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders
• Provide clinical supervision to two MST therapists who provide direct services to children and their families in Livingston County
• Ensure regular communication and timely updates on case progress to referring agents
• Contribute to agency visibility and development of community linkages by representing Highfields in community groups or committee
