The Community Banker is responsible for providing excellent service to our clients while processing various banking transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. The position will also answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and promote the bank’s products and services that best meet the client’s needs. This role involves processing client transactions in a professional and efficient manner, accepting payments for various financial transactions, and completing additional transactions such as issuing cashier’s checks, certified checks, EE bonds, and money orders. It also includes processing stop payment orders, change orders, and handling items left for collection, night drop, and mail deposits.
