Licensed Community Association Manager Seeking experienced and licensed Community Association Manager with documented experience for a large property in the greater Miami area of South Florida. The candidate will be responsible for working with residents, directors, employees and vendors to manage the daily operations of the association(s). The successful candidate MUST be able to multi-task, respond to needs in a timely manner, have a calm presence and strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. This position requires the effective property manager to live in the immediate vicinity and able to respond to emergent situations on-call, as well as attending evening meetings as needed. Candidates MUST have a minimum of three years’ CAM experience. Candidates who are NOT presently licensed as a Community Association Manager need not apply.
