About the role We are looking for a qualified and organized Homeowners Association (HOA) Manager to join our team. As an On-Site HOA Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and management of a vibrant residential community association in Chapel Hill, NC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between residents, homeowners, and the homeowners' association (HOA) board. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills will ensure the smooth functioning of the community and the satisfaction of its residents. A dedicated and organized professional with extensive experience in HOA community management, committed to enhancing community living and ensuring resident satisfaction.
