About The Position

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: - Identify issues in invoice processing and flag with appropriate parties responsible for resolution. - Develop relationships with vendors as a key point of contact for vendor to resolve issues and inquiries. - Perform difficult and responsible clerical operations. - Represent NYCHA in a professional and collaborative manner when engaging with property managers and vendors. - Assist in planning and research on matters relating to prevailing wage rates charged by NYCHA vendors in connection with the Davis Bacon and Related Acts. - Process, track and report all approved TPA and RAB expenditures, including but not limited to stipend, travel, goods, consultant services and vendor invoices for payment.
